Mindfulness and playfulness can go hand in hand.
Each session starts with a mindfulness practice, including visualization, noticing thoughts and feelings, breathing and stretching.
We then play a variety of warm-up improvisation games to bring out clarity, spontaneity, a sense of joy and well being in the creative process.
We then explore games and exercises from a variety of different areas such as authentic relating, team building, and dream building with focus on mindfulness - noticing what is happening, as it is happening. The goal is to allow ourselves to simply be ourselves, as we are, in the present, without judgement. The games and exercises are geared to help us shed our inhibitions and be fully present, full participants, in our lives.
