Who is this for?

You are in business for yourself, you work hard, really hard but you might have noticed you don't always get things done. Time sometimes gets away from you.

You have come to understand the hardest part of getting things done is actually sitting down (or putting on your shoes, if you are a runner). Basically, the hardest part is always the first step in getting started.

Just like you might understand the value of having an accountability partner in things like running, going to the gym, or diet, you know you need more accountability to get things done in your business.

Yes, I want to create more accountability!

Who is this NOT for?

While you might aspire to get things done, this is not for you if you don't honor commitments you make to yourself or others. To be part of this group you must commit to showing up every week.

It's not for you if you are looking for a social group, hand holding, or guidance. For the most part, we meet in silence, each one of us working on our own work.

It's not for you if you don't plan to work during the session. That includes surfing the net, browsing social media and the like.  We want to create synergy and gather collective "get-it-done" energy to - you guessed it - get things done!

What do we do?

We meet for at least one 2-hour session each week.

We start off the session with a quick check-in.

You are invited to type in the chat what you are working on during that session.

We then each get to work on our individual project, keeping ourselves muted, but camera on for accountability.

These sessions are for getting our individual work done. It is not for collaboration or getting help.  We get together to create accountability and use the collective work energy to get things done.  If you want to coordinate anything with another person, catch up, share ideas or offer help, please do it outside of the get-it-done session.

On the hour mark, we will do a short movement, exercise, breathwork or dance session. 2-3 minutes only. Movement and breathwork are a great to get energy moving, energize the body as well and tap into enhanced creativity. If you want to skip this part, keep your volume down.

At the end of the two hours, we can do a quick check-in again in chat, with what was accomplished and what we commit to working on over the next week. And again, coordinate outside of the session for anyone needing help and wanting to help.

We are all very social creatures, so feel free to coordinate social time outside of these sessions,
