Week 1 - Openness.

About your instructor

Marie-Josee Borduas, the Life Mastery program creator, is a mom to two beautiful young girls and wife to an amazing husband. She has risen from the ashes of family division and depression to create a life beyond what anyone could have expected or imagined possible.

She holds an honours degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Western Ontario.  She has multiple certifications in health and wellness, life coaching and teacher of meditation.  She is a multi-passionate soul who loves to make natural soap, sourdough bread, Lacto-fermented foods and, more recently, homemade pasta.  She loves to take long meditative walks, is an avid reader and an aspiring writer.  She has renovated multiple homes and has travelled through Europe on bicycles with her now-husband.  She, with her husband of thirteen years and two young homeschooled daughters, live part of the year in Montserrat - a small Caribbean island - and the rest of the year in Toronto, Canada.
