This meditation group is for anyone wanting to practice mindfulness meditations with personalized guidance to explore different styles and possibilities.
We explore different styles of meditation to raise awareness, including breath work, body scanning, drumming, dancing, and guided visualization. Meditation in a group setting also helps to heighten the energy and raise awareness.
We meet every week for a guided meditation in a virtual space.
