Why 'Story Circle'?

Meditation is a gateway to greater awareness, presence, and a return to feeling a sense of wholeness, peace and acceptance.

Writing and sharing our stories can exponentially accelerate these gifts and create a sense of greater connection with each other.

How it works.

Sessions are 45 minutes, broken into 3x 15 minute segments. Guided meditation, Prompted Writing, Sharing.

Sharing is optional. Share part of your story, or any insights from the meditation, or simply listen in. Share from where you are, as you are. There is no pressure.

And yes, you can simply attend the meditation portion and leave.
