What if freedom isn’t something you earn, but something you remember when you finally stop trying to be who you think you’re supposed to be?
What if your exhaustion is a sacred message, whispering that it’s time to stop surviving and start living?
Let Go of the Struggle and Need for Validation.
You’ve carried enough.
If you’re craving space to breathe, a life that feels like yours, and the freedom to stop proving and start being, Exhale! is your invitation.
You don’t need to fix yourself. You just need to come home.
I am ready to Exhale!Does This Sound Like You?
- You’ve worn your struggle like a badge of honor but now it just feels heavy.
- You’ve worked so hard to hold it together, but something inside is begging you to let go.
- You crave more play, rest, and lightness, but feel guilty just thinking about it.
- You’re tired of “doing the work” while still feeling disconnected from joy.
- You secretly fear: If I stop to rest, will I still be rejected?
You want to laugh again and trust your voice. You want to remember who you were before the pressure piled on.
You don’t want to fake it, be the strong one, or grin and bear it anymore.
You want freedom.
And you want it to feel real, not like another self-improvement goalpost.
“Ego says: Once everything falls into place, I’ll feel peace.
Spirit says: Find peace, and everything falls into place.”
— Marianne Williamson
You don’t need another productivity hack.
You don’t need another morning routine, another book on self-discipline, or another spiritual detour that tells you to rise above your humanness.
You need to exhale and let go.
To stop performing a version of you that’s dying inside trying to “do it right.”
Because deep down, you already know ...
The life you’ve built around proving, pleasing, or holding it all together is silently suffocating you.
You’re ready to stop saying:
-
“If I just push through this one last thing…”
-
“When I just hit that goal, I’ll finally feel free.”
-
“If I could stop caring what people think…”
You’re not lazy. You’re not broken. And you’re not meant to live in survival mode forever.
What if freedom wasn’t something to earn but something to remember?

What participants have said about Exhale!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
“I didn’t know how much I was holding until I finally let go.
Exhale! helped me see how tightly I was gripping expectations, old roles, and the belief that I had to suffer to matter. For the first time in years, I feel soft and strong at the same time. I’m no longer performing for permission. I’m simply showing up as me. And that feels like freedom.”
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
“I came to Exhale! thinking I needed to fix myself…
But what I found was a permission slip to come home to the self I had buried beneath overworking, perfectionism, and fear. This isn’t just a course. It’s a reclamation. I laugh more, cry more, dance more and I’ve stopped waiting to be worthy. I already am and now I know it in my bones.”
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
“This program didn’t just change how I think. It changed how I live!
Exhale! showed me that healing doesn’t have to be heavy. I learned to feel safe in my body, to follow joy without guilt, and to stop outsourcing my value. I’m not just surviving anymore. I am creating, playing, and living in alignment with who I really am. And honestly? I finally feel like I can breathe.”
The next collective LIVE journey starts Thursday June 4, 2026.
Healing Circle, Activation and Q&A alternates1st, 3rd &5th Tuesdays & 2nd & 4th Thursdays, 6-7pm EST, each month.

About me
If you are new to my world, my name is Marie-Josee.
I am a mom of two beautiful girls, wife to an amazing husband, and creator of a life I love to wake up to every day.
I am a published author, speaker, course creator, and workshop facilitator.
We live part of the year on a beautiful island in the Caribbean called Montserrat and the other part in Toronto, Canada.
I have a double major in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Western Ontario.
I spent the first half of my career working hard to prove myself and feel worthy to take up space. I worked so hard that life became barely worth living.
I felt weighed down by overwhelming amounts of sadness, anger, and depression. Life became unbearable, and I felt so disconnected from my dreams and the vision of the person I thought I was or should be that I decided to end it all.
And that's when I thought, "If I am going to end it all anyway, why not live in the meantime? Why not give myself permission to live my life how I want, to live, love and laugh again? Because then, if it doesn't work out, I'll have nothing to lose and can end it."
Fortunately, in my desire to live, I found a new zest for life and realized who I was, who I had always been, beneath all other people's ideas of who I should be.
Then, sadly, in 2016, my mother passed away prematurely from pancreatic cancer. She was only fifty-eight, and she had never freed herself of the stress, anger, or depression that had plagued her all her life.
That's when I finally spurred myself into action. I realized the finiteness of life and threw away all the reasons why not and committed to pursue all the reasons why. I committed to empowering women to break the chains that keep them stuck by writing a new, more empowering story.
My superpowers are faith, love, authenticity, energy, and playfulness. I use these to create online spaces for people to connect, write their stories and practice spontaneity and authenticity through play so they can remember who they are and create their most vibrant lives.
Because as Howard Thurman has pointed out, that's what the world needs – people who have come truly alive. That is the only thing that can change and heal the whole world – when you remember who you are and reconnect to all your superpowers.
You get one chance at this life. So, live boldly, live passionately, and live with purpose.
If you feel stuck, don't waste the precious time given to you - let's get you back into the flow of life.
I am ready to feel Aligned!
