Life is really short. The time allocated to us is a gift. No one knows how much time we have here. So make the most of the time you have by finding the courage to be authentically you and pursue your dreams.
What we do.
This group is all about mining for diamonds - the essential wisdom and ideas that you are here, on this earth, to share. We do this by connecting to our natural curiosity and intuition. We interact through meaningful conversations, games and exercises that tap into our creativity and genius, increase our clarity, spontaneity and sense of joy and well-being in the creative process. We use techniques from various modalities such as authentic relating, team building, dream building, improvised writing, meditation and tapping. The goal is to allow ourselves to simply be ourselves, as we are, in the present, without judgement.
This allows us to explore the bigger truth beyond the limits we set for ourselves. Discover who we truly are underneath who we think we are supposed to be. We can then learn to take concrete steps towards our deeper truth.
The games and exercises are geared to help us shed our inhibitions, bring in more fun, spontaneity, and creativity in our day-to-day life to reach higher to our full potential - being and feeling fully alive.
The exercises help us navigate the stuff that comes up inside us, and our circle provides us with the safe space to have the freedom to say and share what we need to say and share.
It comes down to this, when women are seen and heard, they have the potential to change the world. This circle is really about being seen, heard, accepted and celebrated. I hope you will join us.
Every moment of your life so far has trained you for this moment.
You have everything you need right now. If it doesn't feel that way, it's because we are often blind to our own story. Those blind spots are why we need a community to help us reconnect to who we are and help us make sense of our life. Your life's work is to integrate everything you have experienced, lived and learned. Your story has the power to transform you, but more importantly, your story has the power to change the lives of people it touches.
