Writing your story is one of the most powerful ways to heal. First for yourself, then for others!

What Happens in the Workshop.

  • Write the first honest draft of your story using a methodology that bypasses the inner critic and gets straight to the truth. I call it FLOW writing.
  • Move your story through your body before you put it on the page because the most powerful writing always comes through a body that has been allowed to speak first.
  • Read a sentence or a short segment of your story aloud and be witnessed by a room of women who believe your story matters and want to hear you speak it.
I want to join the BRAVE Voice Workshop

You do not have to have it all figured out, healed or have arrived anywhere, to attend this workshop. You need only be willing to write the truth that is ready to emerge.

What past participants had to say:

What was the single most valuable part of the experience?

"The belief that I had a gift in writing which I wouldn't have known if the wonderful Author/woman Marie-Josee had not offered this opportunity workshop guidance encouragement and support for all the woman to possibly go out of their comfort zone and know the gift they had and the importance of testimonials. Real stories truly help others." - Wendy Hunter, Co-Author, Stories of Forgiveness

What did you discover about yourself that you didn't know before?

"I could write, I could be open authentic I often wondered how to reach more people displaying God"s love sharing his word in a way I don't share normally, This gave me the outlet to do so. I think the day before release I was full of emotions mostly sheer joy and excitement." - Caterina A. Gliosca, Co-Author, Stories of Forgiveness

Before joining the BRAVE Voice Project, what was your biggest hesitation, fear, or concern?

"Writing this chapter was a deeply cathartic and healing experience that grew out of a year of confronting my own fawning patterns and doing the hard work of self-forgiveness. My greatest hope is that readers find in these pages a mirror for their own journey and the courage to release the shame and guilt they've carried far too long." - Diane Lauer, Co-Author, Stories of Forgiveness

What would you say to a woman who is considering joining but feels afraid to share her story?

"It was an amazing experience. I love writing and I wanted to publish more books. This was a perfect opportunity. I also was inspired to create a compilation books for women to create a sacred space for their child to be seen. The fear when you lose a child is that they will be forgotten. This space will ensure that they are seen." - Lori Johnson, Co-Author, Stories of Forgiveness

This workshop is for the woman who:

Has survived something and may not yet have told the whole truth of it.

Might have a journal full of fragments that have never become a whole story.

Has thought 'I should write about this' for years, but something always stops her.

Wants to use her experience for something beyond survival - advocacy, leadership, or a story that reaches someone who needs to hear it.

Is NOT necessarily a writer. She need not have written anything personal publicly before.

Wants to speak, share, and testify to the stories many women have held in silence.

Ready to transform?

Many of the stories that shaped us were formed in relationship.

The criticism. The silence. The rejection. The moments we made mean something about who we are.

And while those stories may have begun in relationship, they are rarely transformed alone. That's why community matters, why we gather in circles and why sharing our stories is so powerful.

Because the moment we realize we're not alone, something begins to soften. A new story becomes possible.

BRAVE Voice is a space to write the story you've been carrying, reclaim your voice, and discover the wisdom hidden inside your experience.

And if you're ready, I'll help you transform that story into something that reaches the woman who needs it most.

Because your story matters. And someone is waiting to hear it.

This is the space to write, publish, and speak, your story.

It starts with the BRAVE Voice Workshop!
