Meet the Author

Marie-Josée is a story alchemist, writer, speaker, and outside-the-box thinker.

For years, she watched her mother carry the weight of an old, inherited story steeped in unworthiness. She witnessed the heartbreak, the helplessness, the deep belief that she didn’t matter. And for a long time, she didn’t realize she had inherited that same story, too.

Marie-Josée knows the terrain of anger, depression, and despair. She has stood in the dark corners of her own story and wrestled with the belief that there was no way out. But there was and it began with one small truth: you aren't your story.

Her lifelong search for freedom became her purpose. Today, she coaches women who are ready to break free from the narratives that keep them small, stuck, and silenced, guiding them to awaken their most alive, empowered, and authentic self.

Because when a woman reclaims her voice, she doesn’t just change her own life, she changes everyone else's too. She stops the generational cycle of silence. She becomes a lighthouse for others still lost in the fog. She models what’s possible for her daughters, her community, and for the part of the world that forgot how powerful a free woman is.

This is the heart of Marie-Josée’s work: to help you remember who you are, so you can live it loudly, love without apology, and light the way for others to do the same.

Her transformational approach blends improv, neuroscience, mindfulness, somatic awareness, and soul with a whole lot of heart and play. Through her programs and talks, she helps women move from surviving to fully living, in a life that finally feels like theirs.
