I see you.

I just hosted another session of Just Write. I am writing my book, "Rebirth," and came to the part where I felt unheard.

I had a truly extraordinary experience. But no one could see or hear it. For the first time in my life, I knew who I was, and it was EXTRAORDINARY.

But I was alone to justify and defend myself.

And it made me think of you.

I want you to know that I see you.

I see your struggle.

And I give you permission to rest.

I give you permission to slow down.

I give you permission to read, journal, meditate and play.

I give you permission to BE you.

It's not a waste of time.

It's tuning into a part of you that is so much more powerful than you have allowed so far.

It's stronger than all the striving, effort and hard work you put in.

And the best part? It's effortless.

Being you doesn't require effort.

So, unburden yourself from the old conditioning that has you believing you have to be something more.

You don't.

Your whole self - the YOU you are hiding behind achievement and hard work - is EXTRAORDINARY.
